泰国SPA协会（TSPA）成立于2003年2月，致力于积极参与推动泰国SPA业在本国及国际上发展。作为一个历史最悠久，规模最大和最活跃的SPA协会，我们目前拥有超过220家SPA企业。我们的会员涵盖所有知名Spa行业的专业人士、经营者和供应商，同时也有来自中国、中东、挪威、新加坡、斯洛文尼亚、南非、土耳其等其他国家的运营商及业主。

我们认识到，我们的工作不仅代表着泰国SPA业，也代表我们的民族和维持其独特的文化产业。泰国SPA协会主要工作内容为专业培训、开发和技术标准化工作及通过国家测试的治疗项目。我们将通过这些工作推动我们的会员以及整个行业的发展。

TSPA也致力于对SPA行业影响深远的各种项目及研究工作组，其中包括公共卫生部、出口促进保护部门（DEP）、外交部、劳动部、财政部、教育部、RANGSIT大学、泰国商会、中小型企业发展研究所(ISMED)和泰国国家旅游局。这些卓有远见的合作项目也得到了业界的认同和掌声。

    The Thai Spa Association (TSPA) was formed in February 2003, and continues to be actively involved in the promotion of the Thai Spa industry on both a local and international level.  As the kingdom’s oldest, largest and most active spa industry association we currently represent over 220 spa businesses.  Our members represent all the key spa industry professionals, operators and suppliers in Thailand, as well as Thai Spa operators and owners in a variety of international destinations including China, Middle East, Norway, Singapore, Slovenia, South Africa, Turkey and the United Kingdom. 

 

    We acknowledge the importance of being vigilant in our work to ensure that we not only represent the spa industry, but that we are also true to our nation and maintain the unique cultural aspects of our industry.  Further training, development and skill standardization through national testing of therapists will be beneficial, and the Thai Spa Association is committed to being involved with this, to the betterment of our membership, and the industry as a whole.

 

    TSPA is continuing to work on a variety of projects and working groups important to the Spa industry, including those with the Ministry of Public Health, the Department of Export Promotion (DEP), the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Labour, the Ministry of Education, Rangsit University, the Thai Chamber of Commerce, OSMEP, the Institute of Small & Medium Enterprise Development (ISMED) and the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT), whose support for the long term development of the industry is acknowledged and applauded.
